Time goes by, Antonia, and I am sure you still miss him. Hopefully the lives of Julian and Philippa will keep you busy and involved.

So many times I find myself laughing at something George Pavia said. I hold his memory dear in my heart, aside that of my parents. I hope that Antonia and all the children are well.

George's witty smile while peeping behind his reading glasses, his common sense advice, his friendliness, are fresh in my memory as if I had seen him in his office yesterday. Rest well George. For me you are still very much alive.

George Pavia was my brother in law. He was the most amazing husband to my sister Antonia. He was a true friend to my parents in their later years providing them with excellent legal advice and friendship. It is thanks to his efforts that my parents lived such comfortable lives at the end . He was a repository of bad jokes and bawdy songs. We all groaned but now we miss it.
