Not sure what to say?

George, along with his brother and parents, spent each Thanksgiving with my family in Swarthmore, PA when I was a child. My daughter and I had a delightful lunch with George in Princeton in 2013. I hadn´t seen George for over 30 years, but he was as warm and engaging as always. I will remember him fondly.

A wonderful man! I enjoyed all of our conversations at People to People

I fondly remember George as a fun addition to evening dinners on the porch at the Eager cottage in Chaumont. I loved talking history with him and my brother-in-law, Tom. George's knowledge was amazing! May he rest in peace.

I will miss my dear friend and neighbor, George. He was a kind and generous man full of interesting stories. Last summer we´d spend time hanging out at the cottage followed by some Friday nights at the Crescent Yacht Club enjoying cocktails with friends. How blessed are we all to have partaken in any stage of George H Pearson´s 100 years. May he rest in peace.

As a lifelong friend of my late mother-in-law Bobbie Allen and my father-in-law Touffie Allen, George was a welcome and frequent visitor to their home. As our family circle grew smaller, George was a comfort and good company. Smart, kind, gentle, funny and unfailingly pleasant, I will miss him very much. He was also very generous, quietly taking in a dying mutual friend in his home for two years. He was remarkable for his age, driving and continuing to work as an architect and volunteering...

May George rest in peace. A gentle soul with a good heart. A faithful bell ringer for the Christmas Salvation Army appeal for the poor. He will be missed by many.
