George Petroff

Mr. Petroff was one of my favorite teachers. Always entered the room with a smile.

Cathy, my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your husband. Thinking of you at this time and praying for you and your family. Although I never met George, I felt like I knew him just a little. He was always a part of our conversations. God bless you, thoughts and prayers.

While I certainly remember Mr. Petroff's smile at Springdale High, my fondest memories are the times we golfed together in more recent years when he would travel back to Springdale. I am sure he is still hitting the ball "straight down Georgeway" up in heaven. He will be missed.

Mr. Petroff's legacy lives on as how he shaped the minds and ideals of all his students. I for one feel blessed and grateful for his guidance in those turmulous high school years.

I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Petroff, what a wonderful man. He truly cared about his students, and I am honored to have been one. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

I remember him fondly as a caring, wonderful teacher. I have thought of him and his love of teaching often over my 30 years as a teacher myself! Everyone loved him!

So sorry for your loss, Cathy. Please know you and your family are in my prayers.
