My sincere condolences to the family of Peter and Molly. Grateful for all I learned from Peter from our first meeting in the shuttle from airport to hotel for Ispi in St. Louis 1966. Then contracted with him to train my fledgling staff at PT&T. The photo is from a CRI workshop. From Molly I learned to appreciate a proper cup of tea! In 1978 I was trained in C.R.I. methodology with the original materials from Palo Alto, California. In 1982 I was graduated with honors in Organizational Psychology, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. During 1980 - 1984 I train my team in Banco Mexicano Somex and develop all the model and process with the people working in branches in all the country. I was fortunate to have worked with Peter for several years. He played an important role in my professional life and I am indebted to him and Molly for their friendship and guidance from 1978 to the present. He was truly a gentleman and a scholar. I will miss him.
