I've known Earl for too brief a time through his Thursday golf group. His obituary, and the stories I've heard from his many friends, portray a gentleman who loved life and those around him. I will remember him often and fondly as the days go by.

I met Earl and Marilyn through work but they became dear friends. I regret that I lost touch with them the last few years. I never saw Earl without a smile and he always knew how to have a good time. He was so proud of his children and step-children and loved you all so much. May he rest in peace.

I can't begin to tell you all the good times I enjoyed with Earl mostly in Tucson and Nogales and often accompanied with my wife Jane who was very fond of Earl. He was truly one of a kind in the best way. Our deepest sympathy to Marilyn and the rest of the family.

We always enjoyed his company and hearing him talk about his life experiences and family history. He truly had an interesting wonderful life that evolved around his taking an interest in the people he met and enjoying the company of others. Rest In Peace Earl.
