Our deepest condolences to the family and specially to his sister Cynthia

Oh Papou, I miss and love you so much thank you for all the unforgettable memories and laughter you never failed to make me or Stella and Dylan smile. And an extra thank you for the McDonald’s every Friday during quarantine and for the water ice every baseball game.

Love forever and always, Grace❤

George and I worked together at Brothers tending the back bar. We had a lot of laughs and many great times. I remember his love of restaurants, especially those that had all you can eat buffet's. I remember him saying to me (hey big guy, big guy - so and so has their buffet special tomorrow. Do you want to go? The memories we made will last a life time. I am truly sorry that he passed. I hope he's in Heaven right now dancing his butt off to 'Relight my Fire' There's not a shift that went by...

Our sincere condolences to the entire Prassas family...George and I along with his cousin Dean worked together for nearly 20 years at Brothers Saloon. Thru the years we were more than friends...we were family. George excelled as a school teacher and as our top bartender he was the go-to guy to the thousands he served and needed fatherly advice. George will be missed by all who knew him...Henry and Irene, Las Vegas
