Not sure what to say?

Annette, Phyllis, Tony & Chris, I just found out about George passing away - I worked with him at DuPont, George was such a great guy - we exchanged emails over the past few years, I was on vacation when he died and I was so sad to learn of his death. We talked about getting together for lunch - it never happened. He was such a sweet man, I'll miss his political jokes & emails, he was great guy. - My best to all of you - Patty McGivney

Donna and the Reed Family, Sorry to learn of Uncle George's passing, He will be missed by many. He always had a kind word and smile for everyone. it saddens me to only have one Uncle George now. may god bless you all and your families to help you thru this difficult time.

To the Reed family, So sorry for our loss. Sonny was one of my oldest and closest friends, dating back to 1946 when we moved to Central Park. We did everything together all through Pennsville School then on to Penns Grove ReHi and the Band. We got separated for a time when he went into the Navy and I went off to college, but that only lasted a few years. When we back together it was as thogh no time had been lost. I will truly miss our lunches together and phone calls and later E-mails...

To Phyllis, Tony, and all members of the Reed Family,
I am sorry to hear of the passing of George. I first met him when working at Chambers Works in the 60's and 70's. He was quite a guy. A very dedicated worker. When he entered into politics I was pleased to know that we had a very honest man representing the community.
Please accept my most sincere condolences and prayers for strength through this ordeal.

To the Reed family. Reedie and I have been friends since 5th grade in Pennsville. We played drums in the band in 7th and 8th grade and worked together on the speedway at the park. We skated at the rink every week. Whenever I returned to Pennsville, we would get together for dinner at Riverview Inn. We have keep in contact via e-mail the past few years. Unfortunately I did not get back to Pennsville last year so was unable to see him. He will be greatly missed.

To the Reed family,
Your loss is everyones loss. Your father, George, was more wonderful than most people could ever imagine! We will miss him sorely, as most who knew him will. Your Dad, who I always called "Mr. Mayor", was the kindest and most generous person we have met!
Please accept our most sincere condolences xnd prayers for strength through this ordeal.

with love,

So sorry for the loss of your Father and grandfather. He was one of my dearest friends. Many memories of him and the "gang" at Riverview Roller Rink. He was a great person and I will miss his E-mails and talking with him at dinners we enjoyed together with part of the friends at the roller rink. Farewell my friend Pat(Clark)Golder

Phyllis, Tony, Chris and family: We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your wonderful Father. We were just talking about him and remembering all the wonderful things he did for everyone especially his family. He loved you each so much, which was reflected in his eyes. God chooses only the best to be his angels’, and certainly chosen wisely. May the memories you share help to heal your broken heart. You all are in our thoughts and prayers, Bill & Mary (Buyarski) Murphy
