What a legacy to leave this community the Stanley Rehder Garden! Mr. Rehder was indeed a visionary person who worked to preserve and promote the indigenous plant species of this area. This preserve is one of my most favorite places. I go there every Spring and take endless photos trying to capture the beauty of these unique plants. Once your met Mr. Rehder, you would never forget him - passionate, thoughtful and elegant. A true community citizen in giving and volunteering.
