I remember George's big smile to go with his big body, but his "high" love for the Stanford chapter of Delta Tau Delta. Too bad someone didn't male that movie. JOHN GILMORE. Stanford Delt Class of 1954.

I first met George twenty-five years ago. I was 26 at the time and George became a real friend to me. I will always remember him as one of the kindest and most gentle people I have ever met. I express my deepest condolences to his family. His was a life well lived and no doubt, he will be greatly missed by so many.

I knew George through the Delts. He was a great mentor to me and always spoke lovingly about his wife, kids and grandkids. I am deeply saddened. My prayers are with his family

I had the great pleasure of working with George on one of his inventions for over ten of the last years. He was one of the greatest, most unselfish guys I've ever known and I will deeply miss his knowledge, humor, and friendship.

Always an advocate for Stanford Delts; I had the privilege of working with George on the House Corp and at the 1964 convention in Cincinnati. Think he was still playing rugby for the Olympic Club then at age 38!
