The Ritchie Family,
My deepest sympathy and prayers to out to you. George has been a brother to me since our early teenage years. He has always been a bright light in my life. His cheerfulness and positive attitude was ever present. More than anyone that I have ever known George treated everyone he met with great respect. His eyes saw no differences between people and he would help anyone in any way that he could. His love of his family gave me great inspiration. I will miss him very...

Dear Cheryl,
I was so shocked to learn of George's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Our deepest sympathy.

Dear Ritchie Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. We all know how loved George was and how great of a guy he was. I will truely miss his smiling face and big heart. All of the memories that we have should be held close to our hearts. I will always remember him calling me the dance queen at every party. "To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die"

To the Ritchie Family,
I can't explain my shock when my friend called me with the news. George and I went to High School together and were very best of friends. I live in Ft. Laudedale and we communicated rarely. But when we did George was always a caring friend. I lost my husband 2 years plus ago and George was there for me to talk things out. I considered George my rock, someone who would always be there for me when I needed someone to talk to. I will miss him terribly. Please accept...

To the Ritchie families. My prayers and thoughts are with you all during this trying time. George was helpful in getting me on a softball team when I moved to Stamford in 1977.He and May Laber also helped our team enter tournaments. I also have fond memories of George and Ralph Antonacci who both let me sit in the extra seat at The Stones concert at Giants Stadium a few years ago.His pleasant caring ways will certainly be missed.
