It is truly amazing to see just how many lives George touched. It was an honour to work beside him. Watching him coming around the corner wearing his blaze orange hunting hat will always be one of the best memories. I'll miss his stories, hunting and fishing season will never be the same. I'll miss you George, thank you for everything.

I learned what Stinging Nettle is because of George. Back in 1997 when I worked at the Nursery, we were all standing around chatting in the store, when someone said 'THE BOSS IS COMING! QUICK! LOOK BUSY!'. I scurried away and started pulling weeds in the perennial section, and grabbed a nettle! owie!! haha :)
So sorry for your loss. I wish you all much comfort and support.

Your father helped me pick the tree for our garden more
than twenty years ago. He chose well our tree are lovely. They give us interest in the winter and shade in the summer.
I never did come back to thank him, and for that I am sorry.
My thought are with you at this time.

Dear Rofners, I am truly very sorry for your loss. I met George, this year, while I was completing my co-op at the nursery. I always found it encouraging to see him working away always with a big smile on his face. I hope for all the best in the weeks and months to come. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
