Not sure what to say?

George, God blessed with your long life and many contributions.
particularly in Portage County and near by Stevens Point. As one who has survived him (I'm 91) I remember a lot of early career efforts and see the result of those efforts even now. Thank you for an opportunity to share these thoughts now with his family and generations to come. Dick Abb, Appleton, WI...shared alumni experiences : St., Stephens, PJ Jacobs High School UW-Madison, The Korean War.

My condolences to the Rogers family. George was an immense source of information for me many years ago while I compiled a family history for a college class project. I never forgot his generousity.

Love to all of you! I shall miss my cousin very much, he was perfect you know. Will be in touch soon.

Our Heartfelt sympathy to you Jeannette
Jim and Jane. He will be missed by so many. Cliff and Mary Falkavage (Jackie's sister)

"My sincere sympathies to my friend Jeanette and family. George was a good friend and I enjoyed his writings in the newspaper. My prayers are with you at this time". Darlene Monson

My most sincere sympathies to Jeanette and their family. George is another of my classmates at St. Stephen and P. J. Jacobs high school who have "ridden ahead". Our friendship extends back to those grade school days when, it seems, life was a lot easier. George's love for writing, especially about the outdoors, will be missed by those who followed him in the Portage County Gazette. We never visited that we didn't compare our respective careers as Business Manager for the high school...

George will be missed by one and all. A great family friend

Jeannette,

I am sorry to hear of George's death. He left so much of him with us.
