I was very sorry to hear of Mr. Royer's death. He certainly lived life to the fullest! He was a friend to my parents, Jim and Lucille Duncan. He was smart, and an innovative thinker. His political observations were dead on! It was a pleasure to know him.

Mr. Royer was such an interesting and unique personality. We will all miss him, and we send out our prayers to his family.

He will be missed so very much, what a wonderful intriguing man!!!! What a blessing to have been able to be a part of his life!

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
