Not sure what to say?

Dearest Saxtons,

I never knew George Saxton, but I know Lydia, one of his daughters. She is a very kind, generous, and loving friend, mother and wife. Lydia puts her heart into her endeavors, whatever they are, and from what I've read about Mr. Saxton, I can see where she gets it from. His legacy will live on through Sara, who if anyone knows Lydia's daughter, possesses many beautiful traits that have been passed down to her. I'm so sorry for your loss. It takes guts to live in...

Such a genuinely nice man. I remember him well from my younger years at Temple Mishkin Isreal. I send my love and deepest sympathy to his wonderful family. Sincerely, Dodi-li Kleinman

So sorry to hear about Mr. Saxton. He was our principal at DC Moore. My parents were teachers in town too. He was a vey kind man! Thinking of you all. Sincerely, Ginny (Petrafesa) McLay and family...
My mom, Marilyn, still works there!

I am a former student of DC Moore from the mid-70's. Mr. Saxton was the best principal I've ever known. My condolences to the family.

George was a well respected professional who cared about his students as well as his staff. I learned so much from George & upon his retirement I had the opportunity to tell him. A humble man who had so much integrity was so surprised when I shared that with him. A family man, George spoke often and fondly of his wife and daughters. A true gentleman, George was one in...

My condolences to the family on the passing of a good man and wonderful teacher. I had the distinct pleasure of being one of his students at East Haven High School in the early sixties, graduating in 1964. Mr. Saxton was well-respected and was a natural as a teacher. He made learning interesting and fun. His demeanor was such that it was obvious that he thoroughly enjoyed teaching. His stories were always interesting as well. I have only fond memories of being fortunate enough to be one of...

As a new teacher at East Haven High School, George was helpful, innovative, and inspiring. I offer my sympathy to his family and hope that your many memories will help you.
