My deepest condolences to the Sedgwick family;
Although I never met George, I know he must have been such a special person and influence in your lives as I have witnessed the outstanding outlook and perseverance displayed by Bridget, his daughter, in the face of the daily 'combat' of life. When asked where she got such a great attitude, the answer has always been, "it's the Sedgwick Way." I'm sure he will be greatly missed.

My grandfather was George H. Sedgwick born in Leeds Yorkshire England. He settled in Stratford, Connecticut where my mother was born. They then moved to Bridgeport Connecticut. Is there any connection there. Lois De Lorme. My mother was Eleanor Ann Sedgwick. Thank you. RIP George.
