Not sure what to say?

My brother Dan had only met Grandsire 3 times. After many years and brain cancer, half the time not remembering his own name, He somehow managed to hang on to a quote of Grandsires. His line while pouring a cocktail . " I'll make the first one because you're a guest, you help yourself after cuz then your a friend. Hello Mike and the Sefton family. Wife Peggy and I recall a birthday celebration at the family home one New year's morning and I remember thinking what a warm home and full of such lively people. Mike invited us as we used to hang out until we moved half the continent away in 2004. I'm going to make it a point to read Bill's memoir, and hope to hear from you Mike. Email: [email protected].
Best to you all in celebrating such a rich life.

My sincere sympathy to the Sefton family and especially David. I'm sorry I missed your Dad's services. What a wonderful man. My prayers of comfort and peace to all. Blessings, Patty (Farage) Krivitzky

I was so honored to know Bill and work with him on the Catholic Human Development Outreach (CHDO) board of directors. No one had a laugh like Bill's My condolences to all his family.

Beautiful description of a life well lived. So blessed to know him through the stories that his daughter Laurie so affectionately shares. In our prayers.

Geronimo! Thanking him for his work at the 101st Airborne 501 PIRA reunions. (From daughter of Nick Schmidt HQ2 and F/501)

Prayers and blessings from the O'Connors of Woodmere

Saved me from the seaweed when I was little; always so kind to me... Amy's Kindergarten buddy.

Greatest generation! Truly a magnificent man, in all aspects of his life. I treasure the time spent with Bill, and am deeply honored that he considered me his friend.

I worked for Bill in the early 1980s, and always enjoyed hearing his infectious laugh far down the hall. Visits to Seftonville and the family are still among my best memories.
