Mr. Siler touched my life many years ago when he attended a teacher seminar in Michigan. His "make a great day" message was embedded in my memory and my heart, and I am saddened to learn of his passing. Heaven surely rejoices. My condolences to his family and loved ones.

He was my Favorite & the Best Sunday School teacher ever! Thank you George & Caroline for your faithful service @ DSBC, & other churches, honoring the Lord as a husband, dad, granddad, service to our country & mentoring of students. The kids at TFA loved your class as you brought History to life. No doubt you had quite a welcoming party as you returned to your Heavenly Home, especially hearing Jesus say "Welcome Home my Good & Faithful Servant". I am thankful you are ALIVE & WELL more...

Oh Lelia, my heart goes out to you and your family. What a beautiful capturing of your Dad's generosity and influence for Jesus on the obituary.
May the Lord comfort you in your loss, bring wonderful memories to your remembrance and provision for your every need.
