What I wrote eight years ago still applies. George is not forgotten.

George taught me during his stay at St. Joseph's Prep in Philadelphia. In fact he selected me as beadle of his homeroom. Physics was not my favorite subject, but Mr Sirilla, with his charm and concern, made it interesting. His year at the Prep was a personal triumph: he and another physics teacher shared the title of our favorite teacher.

Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of George. I will keep you and your beautiful family in my prayers during this difficult time. May he rest in peace and may the souls of all the faithful departed rest in the peace of Christ with him.

So sorry to read of George's death. We met in 1952 when we joined the Patent Office and we were in the same introductory training class for examiners. We had only occasional contact over the past 60-odd years but I remember him fondly. Though I do not know you, his family, my thoughts are with you.

I am sorry for your loss. May you be comforted by the hope of seeing your dear loved one again in paradise.
