Deborah, Thinking fondly of the opportunities I had to work with George (and you) at Decatur Cat. What a kind and gentle man. God bless you.

Deborah, I pray for you and all of George's family at the loss of such a good person. George was special to me for his smile, humor and desire to get things done. I will always remember him. He was The Commander due to his white hair and he alway called me "Double L".

I will miss the services and visitation but am thinking of you as I did over this long term battle. George was a Warrior and now he is with his God at rest. Tom Kendall

Deborah, Mary and I are so saddened to hear about George. I will always thing if him as a guy with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. He truly lived the message of Matthew 25:31-46. "I was in prison and you came to minister to me." May God bless you; He has truly blessed George. Please call and ask for whatever help you need. Paul Hilchey

Deborah, Jack and Bill, I am so sorry about losing Burke. He always reminded me of a gentle giant (not that he was really tall but alot taller than me growing up). His smile was contagious and it lit up a room and obviously the world. He is in really good company now and I know at peace. All my love to you.

We lost a great friend and mentor and guiding light the other day. I share with many of Burke's pals from Loyola Academy and John Carroll University your sorrow. We will long remember his kindnesses. Hold dear the memories. Onward on with Godspeed.
