Not sure what to say?

Today I heard that George passed away in December. He was a very good friend when we lived in Billings years ago. My heart hurts. I respected and admired him greatly for his compassion and kindness and missionary zeal. A man without guile. I worked for a competing moving company for eight years in Billings and he always treated me as a good friend. I am truly saddened by his passing. My condolences to Susan and the family. God bless you. Lane Roberts - Idaho Falls.

Great obituary of an admired person and friend. I still remember our days enjoying basketball at the Y with Cal. Rest is peace my friend.

George's friendship of many years and his laughter will certainly be missed. George and Charlotte

What a beautiful obituary! I'll miss that big smile and always a bear hug when ever we ran into each other. George and Susan were dear friends to our family and he will be missed. Susan join the many of us who have sent our husbands on ahead to prepare for our arrival!

Dear Susie, words can´t express oh and my heart. The picture in this notice is absolutely George! You were my first friend when I moved to Billings and you and George have had such a special place in my life and heart since then! I consider both of you eternal friends and I love you both very much! I pray you and all of your large beautiful family and friends will feel comfort and peace and gratitude to have known such a fine man as George!

Susan,my love and prayers are with you at this sad time.George was your soul mate, husband, father of your children,he will be greatly missed ! Your dear friend Mary

George served as one of my Bishops when I was Stake President. He served well and I always enjoyed seeing him and visiting with him. We golfed together a Several time. He was a good hand and loved his wife and family

So sorry to hear about the loss of brother Spears. A memory of George my mom would always pull on his beard and would tell him that though shall not commit the 11th commandment. When my mom died brother Spears told the family that he had shaved his beard off for mom's funeral due to the love and respect that he had for my mom. Brother Spears will be missed
