George and I graduated from DeA together and I became reconnected with George at Ascension Parish. He was always a gentleman who treated everyone with respect. I know he suffered a great deal is the last few years of his life. I will miss seeing he and Margie at 8:00 Mass and at Steak & Shake for breakfast.

Our daughter Maureen played basketball for Ascension with the Stock twins Morgan and Maddie during their grade school years. Grandpa Stock would attend all the games. I would seek him out and would sit next to him at the end of the bleachers for the kids' games. He was a good Grandpa and loved going to the games with the love of his life Grandma Stock. He was truly a joy to be around. He and Grandma Stock raised a great family. That is a great legacy.
