Not sure what to say?

George, you have many good and lasting connections to people you touched. You are my Sweetie-Baby.
Audrey

To the Family and friends of George,
The cycling community is a family an we all grieve when we have lost a member. May there be peace and comfort among George's friends and family who come together to celebrate George's life and his many accomplishments as a father, husband, brother and friend to many. All of us in the cycling world share your loss and are with you.

George,
I will never get the answer to this question. Why were you and Mom and Dad taken away from me? My heart will be broken forever. You were my best friend and teacher about life and the so many wonders that we have in this world. I truly was lucky to have you as my Brother. It will be very difficult to go through life without you and Mom and Dad but I am sure that now the 3 of you are together again, you will keep an eye on me and guide me in the right direction.
Love, Tom

George,

Your humor, wit, and dedication will be greatly missed by your friends with the 3M Bicycle Club.

I just want to say a few words about George as a representative of his many friends from cycling.

Yes, it is true that our common interest is what brought us together. But that’s not what made us friends. Bikes allowed us to spend time together and, they were the vehicles around which we became very good friends.

But, as Lance says, It’s not about the bike.

George is the kind of guy you just wanted to be around. It always was better when he showed...

How fragile life is. How tragic this loss is. Please know that many thoughts and prayers are surrounding you.

George: You taught many of us to respect balance -- between passion for your sport, and for the family you dearly loved. We can all learn from your ability to be competitive, with the relaxed and positive attitude you always brought. May our wives and children be lucky enough to be talked about as much, and be loved as much, as you so often shared in our rides and car trips to races. More people than you could ever have imagined will be missing you.

You beat me to the finish...

What a loss. Audrey, our prayers are with you and your family.

Few things can increase the joy of a bike ride with friends on a beautiful day, but finding George amongst the riders always increased my enjoyment. I will miss your smile and your wheel to follow!
