George Nicholas Tacinas

For some reason I googled George's name today, because he was one of my very closest friends at Ash Grove Elementary School from 1960-1964, before I moved from Denver to Portland, Oregon. I was saddened to find out he passed just recently. Now I wish I had contacted him sooner in life. He looks the same as when I knew him way back when. Rest in Peace old friend. today is January 16 2016 and I just found out that George is gone. I first met the handsome George at Merrill Junior High. Boy did the girls love him. I was impressed:what seventh grader has a moustache! We became close friends when we both worked as sweeper boys. Even though I was two years ahead we became good friends. We worked together at Gold Star Packing House, went camping, shooting and we both worked in Red Feather Lakes. We had some great times together but like a lot of things...
