I worked with George years ago as a legal assistant in his Portland office. He was a kind man with a good sense of humor. I fondly remember a summer office party on the Willamette River on his brother's military "duck" boat. George always knew how to have fun! My condolences to his family and friends.

George and I were friends from the time in the 1960s he founded the Portland firm Tamblyn Bouneff Mueller Marshall Richardson. A great lawyer and even a greater personal friend. He will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
