Sally and family, do know that you are continuasly in our prayers and we will always remember George singing and playing with the children at McKenzie Bridge Christian Church. His voice was so pure and sincere and can still see his smiling face as he sang and greeted those friends on the river. We miss you and hope you are well. God Bless and our love to you in Christ.

I will miss hearing George singing in my ear in choir rehearsal Wednesday nights (he always sat right behind me). But somehow, I suspect I will feel his presence and continue to hear him anyway. What a wonderful man! The entire choir loved him and will miss him. Sally, please know that we hold all of you in our hearts.

As members of the Christian community our grief and loss is secondary to our joy that George is on the other side the river, has been made whole and is in the presence of our Creator.

Remembering Mr. Thomas singing at Scott's wedding, I'm certain he is singing for heaven's angels. Scott, please accept my sincere sympathies.

George Thomas has been a close and loyal friend for 45 years of my life, first making his acquaintance at Humble Oil in California. George with his wife Sally have been very close friends with Diane and I through the years. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

While attending the University of Oregon, George became part of a quartet, singing at all types of functions. He lovingly earned the nickname of “Tweets” and I think there may have been a few that didn’t know he was “George”. I am happy to know he was involved in Southern Gospel, those folks tell it like it is. That’s about all I listen to since I bought my first satellite radio equipped car over seven years ago (Enlighten on XM channel 34). From now on whenever I drive, I will...
