Great guy...Knew him in high school....So sad to hear of his passing.

I wanted to share my thoughts from our time at George's celebration of life at Beers & Story. I am so glad I was witness to this gathering of grief, anger, and, of course deep love. One of George's superpowers was to SEE each person. I don't think there was anyone who would have felt they wished they were more important in his life, because he made each and every one of us feel we were the most cherished in his. My connection with George was fleeting compared to most who were there but I felt...

I had the privilege of working with George at the Griswold Center. He was a wonderful teacher, storyteller and had the ability to see the heart in others. The clients he passed on to me after his retirement from Griswold never forgot him and neither will I. A twinkle in his eye, a beautiful smile ... rest in Peace.

Hey, let´s go to Maine and camp ON TOP of Cadillac Mtn. to see sunrise DID IT! Hey, let´s go to to the Cape and camp in the dunes at Whiteface beach,DID IT! Hey, pick you up to go skiing in Vt., he did it. Hey, let´s me help you rebuild that VW engine,HE DID! Thanks George!
