Not sure what to say?

I met Mr George when he was my grandfather's roommate in rehab (Lewis Irvine) Mr vail was the nicest man and the best gift of a bonus pop ever. I was in a bad way back then and he made me smile daily. He drew pictures for me and when he got out he had me at his home studio and I was in shock at his talent. I will forever miss him. Much love Mr George

George was the best art teacher I ever had! My sister and I loved him

My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire family. I knew both of your parents growing up with Cindy. I had the pleasure of knowing Maureen and her grandson at Audubon. I have one of George's paintings hanging in my den. It is beautiful! My thoughts go out to you.

To the Vail Family:

God saw you getting tired,
So he put his arms around you and whispered “Come With Me.”
With tearful eyes we watched you, slowly fade away,
Although we loved you dearly, we would not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.

In memory to a great man.

Jesus died for us so we can have a chance for everlasting life in the near future along with all our loved ones who will be resurrected from death. What a joy that will be! Until then continue to have faith and hope. With Sympathy .

To the Vail family,
George was a great guy to know. His teaching and humour made my jewelry and lapidary business a sucess. I will miss him. I will not be able to attend the service for him, I am out of the country now. I will be thinking of him.

To my friend, Althea and all of the Vail Family,

My prayers and thoughts are with you. My path crossed so many times with that of your dad's as I learned more and more about the history of BCCI and Batsto. He did so much to preserve the past of our area. His legacy will not be forgotten and will continue for future generations to learn from as well.

Now, I will treasure my signed copy of "Martha" even more.

To the family,

May the beautiful memories of your loved one provide solace and strength to you and your family during this difficult time; and may you also find much comfort and peace from God's promise of a Paradise. Ps.37:11,29

WITH DEEP SORROW I EXTEND MY SYMPATHY TO THE VAIL FAMILY FOR THE LOSS OF THEIR FATHER, GEORGE. ALTHOUGH I NEVER MET GEORGE, IN MY CAPACITY AS AUDUBON HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARIAN, I WAS FORTUNATE TO HAVE KNOWN HIS CHILDREN. AFTER READING HIS OBITUARY I WAS STRUCK BY WHAT A REMARKABLE MAN GEORGE WAS AND THE LEGACY HE LEFT BEHIND.
