Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Vletas,
I was so sadden to hear about the passing of your son. I know how much pain you and your family are in and pray for some sort of relief for you. Faith is the only thing that has helped me through the ordeal of loosing ones you love.
Please know I am praying for you and understand what you and especially the children are going through.
God Bless You.

I just learned of George's passing this last weekend and am saddened by such a loss to all of us who knew him. I regret that I missed his service.

His smile and kindness is stamped on my memory from childhood through our adult years. Consistently, he was nice, always a gentleman, and showed class in all that he did.

I vividly remember my last conversation with him about a year ago and left feeling his positive energy. I was...

Dear Vletas Family,
The last memory I have of George, is no different from the first memory of meeting him. A memory of laughter, intellect, and a faithful son in the Lord. A loving father, a hard worker and always a gentleman. May your hearts rest easy in knowing as a child of God, he rest with our Father.

Mrs. Vletas and Katie Pat,
I can't even imagine how hard it is to lose a son or a brother. Especially someone as special as George. I will never forget his bright smile and his distinctive laugh. Just hearing it in my mind brings a smile to my face. It was such an honor to know George and a pleasure to be in his company. I was hoping I would run into him sooner or later at a Landman function, but haven't seen him in years. I only learned of his passing this morning when I opened an...

To George and his family: I only knew George about three years, but in that short time, he became a very good friend, I would eat out with him, went to his house many times, and go to Astros games with him. I would call him on his phone, and I enjoyed talking to him about what he was doing that day, I will really miss those phone calls, and his hearty laugh. George, rest in peace, good-bye for now, but I know we will meet and talk again in Heaven, the final home of the blessed.

Dearest Penny and Katie Pat, James and Mary Catherine,
We share in the sudden and unexpected loss of your son, brother and father. He was a kind-hearted soul and we will always remember seeing his smiling face walk the halls of the church. His presence will be greatly missed. George can rest now and enjoy his new home as he awaits us to meet him some day. May his memory be eternal.
With Love,

We love you George. You were with us through happy times when our children were born, when our son got his first car, at our daughter's wedding. You were with us through sad times when our marriage was falling apart and you provided wise counsel. You will always be with us. We love you. The Kings
