Not sure what to say?

George was a warm funny co worker whose sense of humour was dry and on point. I will remember the wonderful conversations we used to have during lunch time, at Bankers Trust . I’m so sorry he passed away he was too young. May our lord and Savior grant him peace till we all meet again heaven. ✝

My deepest condolences to the entire Waghorn family on George's passing away. It is so very devastating to loose a brother who has been by your side your entire life, has held your hand, guided you and loved you. George was a gentle, gentleman and will always be so remembered. May the Lord give all of you the strength to bear this enormous loss and May George's soul be with the Lord. With prayers and love, and the Lord's Blessings. OM

Sending our love and condolences

I worked for George when I first started at XL back in 2008, he was a great manager and mentor. I really enjoyed our conversations across many different topics and appreciated his advice and insight. From our many conversations talking about families, it was always clear how important his family was for him and how much he cared for them. I always admired his integrity and the fact that he was a principled man. George touched many people's lives and made a difference to those around him. I...

I knew George in high school. He was always a loyal good-hearted friend. He was one of those rare people that pets warm up to easily, because they can sense his good character. He seemed to take his position as the oldest sibling to heart in being there for the younger ones.
He liked to enjoy life and do that with good friends. I am grateful to have known him and have been among his friends.
To Joann and your kids and grandkids and the Waghorn siblings and their families,...

We met Joann and George when we moved from California to Basking Ridge and they have remained dear friends in spite of our move back to CA many years ago. Our heartfelt and deep sympathy goes out to Joann, their daughters, and the rest of their loving and close family. We hope the love and support of family and friends will encircle them and bring some comfort. With love and sympathy for your loss, Joan & Bob

George became a nephew through marriage to our niece Joann. He was a neighbor and we introduced them to one another.George was a warm, loving, generous addition to our family. We have fond memories of his caring and love. May his wife, 3 daughters, and 4 grandchildren be blessed with strength and beautiful memories of a wonderful Dad and Grandpa always. We will miss you

Behrooz & I extend our heartfelt condolences to Joann and the whole Waghorn family on the passing of George. Such a sad time for his beloved family and dear friends. George & Joann are our friends and travel companions from the Newcomers & Neighbors of Somerset Hills Wine Tasting Group. George was so knowledgeable about wines and such a wise and smart man. We hope that the beautiful memories that were created over his many happy, healthy years as husband, father, grandfather and sibling...
