GEORGE WALDSTEIN

It has been a long time since we've spoken. So it was just today that we learned of George's passing. We shared, I believe, the part of the musical periphery of his life as, in a sense, "secret sharers," always supported by him through many, many years. It will not surprise those of you who knew him that George was a voice of sanity and reason for this frequently itinerant musical duo.
