Dr.walker and Mary Ellen were two fine people I was priviledged to know in Natchitoches and inMonroe. My sincerest sympathy to your family. Agnes C. Miller,Mandeville,La.

What a wonderful treasure we had in Dr. and Mrs. G. T. Walker. Not only as leaders for the University, but also as friends. They knew their students and their home was open to us on many occasion. Wonderful memories we have from Northeast and with the Walker family. My love to Ellen and George and their family. Faye Parker Farmer (Shreveport, La.)

Part of our past ends now with the passing of your father. He signed our diplomas from Northeast years ago. We shall be thinking of the family as you celebrate and honor his long and distinguished life.
