Not sure what to say?

George and my dad Bob Minton were great friends, golfing buddies and huge UofA Wildcat supporters. They shared a lot in common: small town beginnings, successful careers, great marriagea to fantastic women, strong Christian faith and families they were very proud of. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Doris, Sam, Cindy & Julie growing up across the street from you all has made you family to me. I am so sorry for your loss of sweet George. May the peace of God rule in your heart & minds. Lindsey & I will never forget all the cotton she brought home after spending a day at the U of A agriculture Farm with George & Taylor. I'll never forget his smile, laughter & sense of humor. I loved how resourceful he was when I'd call to ask about strange bugs near my house or if I should spend the...

I'm so sorry for your loss. May you gain comfort from your memories and from the support of loving family and friends, as mentioned at Proverbs 17:17. Please accept my condolences.

Today is a bitter sweet day. Today the world has lost a great man. George Ware passed on to his glorious reward with our heavenly Father today. I want to write, in my own limited way, what George Ware means to me and my family. Ten or more years ago, George and his lovely wife, Doris, approached Troy and I to do a video for their family. This video contained hundreds of slides, pictures and video that covered over 50 years of the Wares family. From the beginning,...

Doris:

John and I were sorry to learn of George's death.
Our sympathies are with
you and your family.

George and Doris always sat behind us in worship service on Sunday mornings. George was always singing in his wonderful voice and would always politely ask me how I was. He always was asking about my career, he knew I worked in the medical field and when I started traveling, he would ask where I had been. I miss George's presence and yet am so happy he is with the Lord.
Cindy, Julie and Sam, I know how much you miss him. I am thinking of ya'll now and want you to know how much he is...

All of our best to the Ware Family. George always had a great smile and a great sense of humor.

One of the finest men I've ever known. Even when you knew he was going through a rough time and would ask how he was doing he always said "great". I never heard him complain about anything. He will be missed. My prayers are with Doris and family. May God bring you comfort and peace.

One of the pillars of my youth. A truly great man. A life well-lived.
