Mrs. Warren and Family,

We are so sorry for you loss and send our love and prayers to each and everyone of you. May you hold your love and memories of Mr. Warren close and dear to your hearts.

Dr Warren saved the use of our son's right hand after an accident in 1977. We will always be great full for his skill and attention to our son. We and our son are blessed that he has had the normal use of his hand since he was seven years old. Our prayers are with you.

Dear Warren Family:
Please know Malcolm, Julia and I are with you all. Our hearts grieve for you but rest in that we know Dr. Warren is in the most wonderful place now. We love you all dearly and Dr. Warren will always hold a place in our hearts. Love, Christy (Chatellier), Malcolm and Julia O'Neal
