Not sure what to say?

I am deeply sorry for your loss. While I did not know George personally, a few weeks ago, I was sitting behind him in church and noticed him as being truly loving and attentive toward his children--a beautiful sight. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Rest in Peace, George

Dear MaryAnn, Winston, and Christina,

We love you all so much and are so sorry for your loss.
George was a true Renaissance man. I remember him pouring over a pile of newspapers each day. He had so many diverse interests. He was passionate about life and learning. I remember how George loved to discuss ideas and the way he could stay with a topic in the middle of a busy group
He loved you dearly. You must have overwhelming sadness.
May each day find you one step...

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Dear Maryann,
George and I first met at Boleterri Tennis where we discovered we were both from Bronxville with daughters in the same class! I liked him very much immediately and we became tennis partners for the remainder.
George was an extremely kind, interesting, classy, and sincere man. I know my daughter Christina adores your Christina very much and we are both so sad for you loss.
Sincerely,
Peter Brumbaugh

I am so saddened by the news of George's passing. He was a special person and he always made me feel special every time we spoke.
Jeanne McCarthy, former co-worker at Dillon Read.

George's passing is terrible, He was very successful at his career, nonetheless a very kind and considerate man, never arogant, never rude, very humble. My deepest sympathy to his loved ones

Dearest Maryann, winston and Christina. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very sad time. George had an amazing presence about him self , that you wanted to be his friend. You wanted to be that person siting beside him at a party. He was an amazing person and neighbor!! He will be sadly missed by everyone. Sincerely the conneally family.

Although we were in the same class at Yale, I first met George at Harvard Divinity School, which we both attended on Rockefeller fellowships. I remember him as warm, witty and very friendly, as well as studious and serious. My sincere condolences and best wishes to his family and friends.
