When given a mutual hug following mutual losses, we were comforted and knew as neighbors that we were not alone in our memories. He will be missed but surely would pass on his hugs and comfort to all of us as we go forth in remembrance of one of the finest gentlemen "-on-the Lake"!

Our deepest sympathies for your family. I know my dad had the fondest memories about George that he shared with us as we grew up.

Although I never actually met George, I always admired and respected what I knew to be his "reach" and positive impact in our community.

My prayers to all of the family. I took a picture at the July 4th party of the heart with his and Wendy's names above it. I made it into a poster and gave it to him and he gave me a job in Longview.
