As Wayne's brother I mourn his passing while also being at peace with him moving on to a better life. He has dealt with an abundance of medical hardships in the last year. Rest in peace brother. We were in infrequent contact during our adult life, but I know that he was a good guy-would give you the shirt off his back-and frequently did. I will miss him.
