Not sure what to say?

Hello, I was in the 1958 Class at William & Mary and am presently the writer of our class notes to the Alumni magazine. If anyone has some stories or photos about Tony's times as a student or alumnus at W&M, with his brother, please write me at [email protected] or text/call me at (646) 234 3545. I am sorry that I did not know him in school, after reading all the wonderful tributes below. I will be paraphrasing some of these without names, unless there is an objection. Thanks so much,...

We were extremely saddened to learn of Tony's passing. I had the privilege of knowing both Tony and Elaine for many, many years. Tony was a true professional and a wonderful man. Joan and I send our warmest sympathies and best wishes to Elaine and family. I. David Popkin

I know Tony from when he covered the Courthouse. He was always welcomed in chambers; a true gentleman and professional. Lovely memories of Tony for sure

Good man loved Trenton.

Condolences to Elaine, Tony's family and friends. The phrase, 'a gentleman and a scholar' comes to mind as I think of the man I met when invited to join the irregular 'romeo' lunches at Sal DeFortes some years ago. May he rest in peace.

Tony was a great, persistent reporter I respected from my Day One on obits. I always enjoyed speaking with him at the Trentonian, later when I left for UPI at the statehouse, and on occasion when I was a prosecutors' spokesman. Condolences to Elaine and Tony's extended family.

Dear Elaine, It's difficult saying goodbye to an old friend and newspaper colleague like Tony. After all, our careers in Trenton spanned nearly 35 years. And that's not counting the extra-curricular time logged at Tony Kall's Roundtable, area golf courses and, yes; even an occasional trip to the race track. Through it all, Tony proved to be a great friend and who together with his wife, Elaine, became an inseparable pair at some many civic md social functions during their 57 years of ...

Elaine, my sincere condolences of Tony passing! Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help to cope. It seems like yesterday when I met you & Tony through my husband Arthur! Over the years we have had a lot of wonderful memories! I always cherished your friendship of 60 years!
