Not sure what to say?

My daughter found an old book of his. She was reading through all his notes in the margin and out of curiosity we looked up the name in the book. She is a senior in High-school and will be going to KU in 2026 to study psychology. Just wanted to share that she is excited to read his notes and keep his memory alive! She says she´ll bring the book along for good luck.

As a young man I remember Mr. Winters easy smile and friendly manner when visiting my dad, Ed Armbruster at the KC, KS office. George and Norma's relationship with my parents is a testament of true friendship, and I thank them both for that. When dad talks about days gone by, the work stories usually include George. Cheers to a good man!

Last year, George called and it updated both of us to our then current situations.
The call brought back memories of the good years working together and all the helpful ways he assisted my career as a broker.
It now is a long time since, and he will always be firmly in my thoughts as a real gentleman and a great friend.
Edward Armbruster

I work at Mid America Cardiology at the University of Kansas Med-Center and hadn't seen George recently but always kept him in my prayers. Whenever he came in for a visit we talked in length about KU sports which we both loved. I'll miss you George. All my thoughts and prayers are with you Mrs. Winters. Jennifer Scanlon

George III...
I have not seen you for years. You knew my ex-husband (Gary Gordey) from the Bristol back in the day. I'm so sorry for the loss of your father. It is so hard to lose a parent. I met your parents at a Christmas party of yours that Gary and I attended. I remember being so impressed with them, as they were such a classy couple. Please know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

God Bless
Lori Gordey
