This is a shock, one of my Mentor this did so much for Black people in Harrisburg. Some of you youngsters don't know about how important that 1 hour of Black music was to us back in the day. As kid Toby was my hero specially when when he use to take me to radio station, talk about being fascinated man couldn't wait to Back and worry up to takeout the trash so. Could go back watch Toby spin record my favorite line " TELL THEM TY SENT YOU BY" A true pioneer will be missed . My condolences go...

Condolences to the Young family. I feel so honored to have considered TY a friend all these years even though we kind of loss contact over the years. He always knew how to lift your spirits when you were down in the dumps.I still can remember the smell of his cologne " Jade East " which I remember asking if he would mind if I got some for my hubby to wear. I consider myself very fortunate to have crossed paths with him those many years ago.
