Georgette S. Saggal, 92, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side Tuesday, November 9, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis Saggal. Born in Sudan, she was the daughter of the late Sami and Nadima (Baragheet) Dallal. Georgette was a longtime parishioner of Saint Basil The Great Church where she volunteered in various church activities over the years. She was a member of the Pawtucket YMCA, the Burn’s Manor Tenant Association, and the Pawtucket Senior Center. She treasured the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Yolanda Saggal, Abdalla Saggal, and Pauline Loga, her sisters, Wedad Kawa and Marcell Dallal, her six grandchildren, Patrick Saggal, Pamela Pacheco, Francis Saggal, Daniel Saggal, Jacob Loga and Mark Loga. She also leaves four great grandchildren, Brooke Saggal, J.P. Saggal, Sienna Pacheco, and Scarlett Pacheco. She was the sister of the late George Dallal and Ferial Najm.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Liturgy of Christian Burial Saturday, November 20th at 10 AM in Saint Basil The Great Church, 15 Skyview Drive, Lincoln.
The burial will follow in Saint Basil’s Cemetery, Cumberland.
Visiting hours will be held Friday from 4-7 PM in Saint Basil The Great Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Saint Basil’s Building Fund in memory of Georgette, will be greatly appreciated.
