I met Mrs. Peterson over 4 years ago when I became a volunteer with the Jefferson County Ombusman program at East Glen. She was the first patient I met and it was an instant connect. I often sat and talked with her for 30 minutes or more. She loved her children and often showed me gifts that they brought her.
