Joe was always such a kind and gentle man. Although I did not have many interactions with him I don't remember a time that I ever saw him without a smile on his face! He was a character! He loved his family deeply! And now, it is our turn to love on his family as they go through this difficult time! We are sending out our deepest condolences to his daughters, granddaughter, grandson, and the rest of his extended family! We will be wrapping you in prayer since we can't wrap you in our arms...

My condolences to Joe's family. I bought two accordions from Joe. I truly enjoyed talking with Twila and Joe when I had an opportunity to get to Dover. He will be missed. May they both rest in peace.

I think I hated playing the accordion as much as Joe loved the instrument. One of my fondest memories of Joe was his expression of delight when I gave him my source of childhood pain - my accordion.
Joe's memory will always remain as a tremendous positive inspiration - everyone loved, respected and admired him.
Please accept our deepest sympathy.
