Our deepest sympathy to your family! We have been neighbors for fifty plus years and Jerry always had a smile on his face and warmth in his heart. Cannot begin to imagine the depth of your pain from his loss. Trust in God, family and friends to bring you through your grief. He will be missed! Our thoughts and prayers are with you!

My love and prayers go out to the entire Bechert family. Jerry’s family and friends were very important to him. He was always ready to listen. Jerry was like a brother and very special to my family and me. It’s comforting to think that Jerry, Larry, and Ray are together playing tennis and golf laughing.

Dear Becherts, when we heard the news about Mr Bechert our family spent most of the evening texting funny stories snd connections back snd forth about Jerry. Although many years have passed we do not forget the great memories of us coming to Dayton snd you guy coming to the Lake house. Jerry was just a great guy: great brother to Ken, great brother-in-law to me and the most entertaining uncle to Tom and Molly. He will be so missed.

He was in my father's Cathedral graduating class. I asked my dad who already is in heaven, to help be part of the welcoming crew to greet him in God' home. My deepest condolences and prayers.
