I am so very sorry for your loss. Jerry was the kindest person I know. As my masters degree advisor in 1983-1985 and a graduate assistant at the Division of Rehabilitation Education, Jerry made it possible for me to move from clinical physical therapy practice to becoming a professor in physical therapy.
