Gerald Ceglio, Jr.

We have lost our brother, Gerald Ceglio, Jr., who passed away on January 28, 2016. "Jerry" was born to Gerald and Julia Ceglio on February 13, 1951, in Massachusetts. He grew up in San Jose, California, and spent his adult life in Mountain View. After serving our country in the military, Jerry was initiated into the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 393 in 1974 until he departed this world. Jerry was a friend and mentor to many of those around him.

Jerry was the oldest of ten siblings and he is survived by his brothers and sisters in California, New England, and Colorado. Jerry will be remembered for his intellect as well as his sense of humor. It is with the greatest affection that Jerry expressed the following to his family and friends: "I ask God to please bless you all and let you live long and healthy lives, surrounded by those you love and those who love you."

Not sure what to say?

I wish we could have celebrated our lives together. You were so often a giver. We had so much fun together. Then we grew up. I wish I had been given more time when we were retired.

All my best to you today, uncle Jeggie. Im sorry I didnt get to spend more time with you. All my love.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Jack, Clarissa and all the Ceglio Family as you mourn the loss of Jerry.
To know of Jerry's love of family and Jack's love for his big brother touches us deeply.
We thank Jerry for his service in the military.
As sad as your hearts are now, we pray that the memories you shared with Jerry will, in time, gladden your hearts.
God bless you all.
God bless Jerry.
May he rest in the Peace of the Lord.

Jerry, Always giving help and support to others. Oh we had some great times. God Bless....see you on the other side!

To my friend jack and the Ceglio family my condolences. Bob Hendrickson springfield mass

My sincere condolences to all members of the extended Ceglio family on the loss of your brother and uncle. You are all in my prayers.

Aside from the many stories related to me by my husband of Jerry's escapades in his youth and his journeys as an adult, my clearest thoughts of him are drawn from three sources: a photo, an event, and a letter.

In the photo (now entrusted to Jerry), he is a smiling, vibrant man, a man who I am sorry that I did not have the chance to get...

Jerry,

I just sat down with Jack and listened as he told me about you. His grief on your passing was evident, but that was not what he focused on. Jack was happy that your wishes were honored, and I could see and feel the heartfelt love he has for you. Rest in peace knowing that you are loved.

Uncle Jeji.

I only wish I could have more than faint childhood glimpses and your brothers' stories to remember you by. I love you very much.
