Not sure what to say?

Jerry and I grew up together in Refugio, Texas. We were classmates and the best of friends. He was definitely a prodigy in music and others in his family were very talented in music too. He could pick up any instrument and learn to play it in a few weeks and be better at it than someone who had been playing it for years. He is and will be missed.

Dear Rosa,

We were so looking forward to seeing more of you & Gerry . It was so wonderful for Gerry & Lew to connect after the NY years and be able to share, even briefly, in their love for music. Lew and Gerry were of the same musical family and have that extended family that exists in that world. We will keep you in our thoughts ...and prayers. Gerry will be missed.... and remembered.

In rememberence of a fine musician and warm hearted friend. Our deepest sympathy to Rosa Herrera and all of the chamberlain family. He will be sorely missed. Barbara and Lynn Welshman

Dear Rosa and the entire Chamberlain Family - It was our great priviledge to know and spend time with Gerry - we share in your loss. His time on this earth was far to short. He will be missed and remembered for all his wonderful ways. He had a heart of gold. Rest in peace dear friend. Barbara and Lynn Welshman

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help at this time.

Gerry Chamberlain was on of a kind. An elegant musician - of words - but always meaningful. He was always a pleasure to be around.

A brilliant writer and master of the trombone - Gerry was always open and warm in his collaberation with others.

A lover of animals and in general a one in a million kind of person. It has been a priviledge to have spent time with him.

Out deepest condolences to his love of his life - Rosa and we do share in your loss. Our hearts go out to...
