Riding to the camp house in Canyon Lake asking you to go faster when we went over a hill. It is crazy, but it was so much fun

I am saddened to learn that Gerald passed so long ago now. He was too young to go. My sympathies to all the family. He was a good man.

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of the Cochran family. I have such great memories of Gerald when we were all in high school and, later, of our sons playing together as babies. I'll never forget his smile, laugh and that sparkle in his eyes! May you each find peace and comfort in the love that Gerald had for you.

Gerald’s family meant a great deal to him and he was a loving and caring father. His passion was playing his guitar, writing songs, barbequing, and woodworking. He liked the outdoors, and enjoyed restoring antiques. He was a Christian and believed in God and the here after. In his personal life he was an unselfish and caring person.

In life he found comfort and solace in the 23rd Psalm “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever”.

Gerald was my close friend, neighbor, and my loving brother who I will miss dearly.

We would like to express our sincere condolences to the Cochran family during the time of their mourning. We have very fond memories of our work and social activities with Gerald and his family while we lived in Fresno, CA when he worked with the Internal Revenue Service. Gerald will be missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.

My husband and I worked with Gerald for years at the Comptroller's Office. He was dedicated to his work as a security specialist. He helped us many times on Hot Site Tests to assure the CPA could recover from a disaster. He is remembered and will be missed. Good bless all of you and may all your memories be beautiful.
