Not sure what to say?

Hi grandpa I´m sitting here thinking of you and wanted to say I love you so much and I miss you even more. I hope that you can now sit here and say you´re proud of me. I know I did things in my life that I´m not even proud of what so ever but I try to better myself everyday!!! I love you and I hope your living the best life up there with our loved ones.

Today, as the anniversary of your Dad's death approaches, I am thinking of you Troyann. Friendships never die. They sometimes fizzle out, and become cherished memories. My heart goes out to you Troyann. I'm sorry you no longer have your Dad by your side. I hope your life is everything your Dad would have wanted for you. All the best to you my friend.

Jerry was a sweet heart. I appreciated how Jerry and Joyce helped my Mom and how kind they were to her. She really loved her neighbors. Love and hugs to you Joyce and family.

We miss my dad every day. His love continues to guide me ... us as we continue our way through life. He was as a few of you have so lovingly pointed out, a very fair man in all aspects of his life. Thank you to all of you for honoring dad with your thoughts. He was bigger than life but always down to earth. I love you dad.

Such a nice, nice man. Joyce, I am praying for you and your family today and all those who loved Jerry as you celebrate the gift of his life and all that he meant to each one of you. God is close to the brokenhearted.

His light will all ways guide you. In your heart his flame will glow. In every flicker you will see him, with every spark you will know. That every thing was him and through him you saw the best. Now that flame burns brighter, more brillant than the rest.

Troyann, Jerry and family. My forever friend of 31 years. What can I say knowing the most precious man in your life is gone? I can only say, I know your pain, I've been where you are and I will be here when ever you need a shoulder to cry on or someone to ask....why? I love you more than any words can ever express because we are friends until the end. Forever. That's an eternity in this world. Worry not Combs family, Jerry is not gone. As long as we all remember him and all that he was, he...

I can only repeat the eulogies I have read from the previous tributes to this great man. I worked with Jerry at the Truck Assembly Plant. Jerry was a General Foreman then a superintendent and I had the pleasure to work with him as a UAW committeeman. Jerry was very fair and one of the most honorable men I ever dealt with in the union. I moved on to a job working for the UAW/GM Quality Network and had many occasions to work with Jerry for some common goals in product quality. One of my...
