Gerald Anthony Davis, 66, of Clinton, Maryland, formerly of Matthews, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at the Medstar Medical Center in Clinton, MD. He was born on March 26, 1958 in Matthews, MO to Rose Davis and the late Audie Davis, Jr.


He graduated from Matthews High School in 1977 in Matthews, MO. 


In addition to his mother, he leaves to cherish his memories two daughters: Tiffanie Davis and Sade Davis; two sons: Gerald Davis, II and Jaequan Davis; one brother, Audie (Shelia) Davis; six sisters: Geneva (James) Hardin, Betty (Willie) Robinson, Maxine (Kenneth) Holloway, Sylvia (Darryl) Hibbler, Felecia Davis, and Vicki Davis; six grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and close friends.


Services are scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025 at The Free Church, 338 Matthews Avenue, Sikeston, MO. Visitation is at 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Kyle A. Pernell officiating. Burial will follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston with full military rites.
