Not sure what to say?

Lorraine, Anita, Lucille and family:
Our sincere sympathies to you on the loss of Gerry on behalf of all of the Hayden siblings. It has been quite a tough year, coming just 6 months after the loss of Laura. I was pleased to hear from Gerry just a couple months ago when he was headed to CT for a visit. He was a good man and I'm glad he became friends with Laura & Ron in recent years. Sharing a few photos of happy early days and a PHS clip with familiar faces. Sending peace to you all.

My sincere condolences to Gerald's family and close friends. I was acquainted with him while attending school in Putnam Connecticut. It was good to see him again at the high school reunion back in June 2014. He will remain in my thoughts.

Rest in Peace, Ger.

Our condolences to the family of Mr. Duff. He was a kind man and it was a pleasure working with him.

My condolences are extended to Gerry's family, friends and associates. He deeply cared for others and carefully shared his heart. Prayers for comfort to all. I met Gerry and Jessica when he was working in the Richmond office to be near her during a hospitalization. Gerry recounted Jessica's experience when she almost died there, with dancing teddy bears taking her to a great Light full of love and joy. She told her dad she was not afraid after that, and Gerry held that thought near and...

Gerry was a colleague and friend. When he first moved to Va. he was my inspector and he was tuff! Through out the years he became a very dear friend. If I ever needed direction on work related issues he went out of his way to help. He will always hold a spot very dear in my heart. He was a very kind and thoughtful man. I will certainly miss him!

Gerry, I will miss the way your eyes lit up when you talked about reunions with friends back home.

Gerry was a good neighbor and will be missed by all of us. He never spoke an unkind word to anyone. Gave his help and support many times. He enjoyed being with family, friends, his work and good concerts.

Ger was a guy who spread cheer with all he encountered. In addition, he used his talents to the fullest, and recently told me that he had no interest in retiring. He was a loyal friend who had not a discouraging word to say about anyone. He had his setbacks in life, but always bounced back and kept a positive attitude. I only knew him for a year as a senior at Putnam High, but at the reunion a couple of years ago he greeted me as if he had known me all his life. That was the kind of person he...

We were like family growing up on the "hill". It is hard to believe that your time has come but know this, we will meet again someday. Rest in peace my "brother".
